The 1920 London Gazette reference is a notice of the dissolution of the partnership between H.C. Newton and R.S. Wright on 30 June 1920. Both would continue in business, confusingly both under the company name 'Newton & Co.' - Newton carried on the business at 37 King Street and Wright that at 72 Wigmore Street.
